Shipping + Returns
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the US. Orders are processed by the following business day, and shipped from either our fulfillment center in Allentown, PA, or our office in San Francisco. We regret that we are currently unable to ship full-sized products packages to P.O. boxes. Typically shipments in the US will arrive 1-3 days after processing, while those for Canada will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks.
We can only directly ship our full-sized product in the USA via UPS Ground. Our Deluxe Sample Collection is shipped first class mail without tracking. Shipments to Canada may be subject to import brokerage fees and GST/PST taxes which you will need to pay on receipt of the items. For those in Europe and other parts of the world, we are available in international stores listed on our site. Also, we are available through a few websites associated with those stores such as Amazon (in France, UK and Germany). If you are a store owner from Europe or other parts of the world who is interested in carrying our line, please send in your information through our contact page.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. We encourage you to order our Deluxe Sample Collection first to determine which fragrances are right for you. If upon delivery you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged, we shall be happy to replace them free of charge. Please contact us at email@example.com.
